Joana Shira is a graduate nurse with practical experience gained during her education and numerous professional experiences in major hospitals.

He has done internships at several clinical units, including Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, Oncology, and university departments such as the “Shefqet Ndroqi” and the “Queen Geraldine” Obstetric-Gynecological Hospital.

He currently works at University Trauma Hospital, where he has honed his skills in taking care of patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams.

He has also participated in specialized training courses for the management of ocular complications and international medical science congresses, enriching his theoretical and practical knowledge.
